This is a wonderful older bar pin with nice gold work. The lovely design incorporates six rubies measuring 2-mm diameter each, and three half pearls measuring 3.5 mm in diameter each. The piece is made of rose gold and is stamped "585925", which may indicate that the 14 kt rose gold is plated over sterling silver. The piece has an old style c-clasp closure, which closes to the left. The piece measures 34 mm by 11 mm (aproximately 1 and 3/ 8 inches). It is a great collar pin or accent piece to a scarf - or a very nice jewelry gift for a young girl.
