This shell cameo depicts a woman's profile with flowers in her hair. She looks downward as if in deep contemplation - perhaps about a lover far away. She has interesting curls in her hair and over her ear. She is nicely edged with slight undercutting around her face and bodice. The cameo is set in a unique 10K gold frame which encircles the cameo.
