A beautiful brooch featuring the most lively and large Austrian Crystals (each approximately 8 mm in diameter). These open back, prong-set crystals make up the body of the brooch in a stunning berry design. Several smaller bezel set crystals are interspersed among the berries. Two vine coils in silver-tone metal, one holly-like leaf and two rhinestone studded leaves accentuate the large central berry cluster. The pin measures 3 and 1/2 inches by 3 and 1/8 inches. The pin is fastened with a two-pronged, friction hinged pin/clip, which reaches just barely to the far side of the brooch. The piece is marked on the back "Eisenberg Original" with the number 5 in a circle. The piece is in very good condition - there are some minor scrathes to the metal finish on the back side, and it appears one of the larger crystals has been replaced by a foil back rhinestone (see photo below). The replacement has been done very carefully and can only be seen from the covering on the stone on the back. Other wise the piece is truly stunning. The flash of the crystals is really dazzling.
