Oh so fancy in the style of the "Roaring Twenties". This beautiful costume demi-parure features a gorgeous necklace comprised of 26 round, chanton-cut clear "Paste" stones, each measuring 5 mm in diameter. Paste being cut glass a diaomnd imitation developed in the early eighteenth century and revived in Art Deco style. Dangling delicately from the smaller round rhinestones is another such stone measuring 6 mm by 8 mm and a larger round stone measuring 7 mm in diameter. All stones are prong set with open backs to allow light to pass through. The clear stones are set in a lovely draped pattern, extended with a white gold filled link chain. The chain is marked "1/20 12 kt". The length of the necklace as a whole is 15 and 3/4 inches. The matching bacelet is comprised of 16 similarly cut rectangular "Paste" stones connected with silver links. The clear stones measure 6 mm by 8 mm (matching the rectangular cut in the necklace).
