Amethyst Intaglio Pendant with Gold Wire Setting

Large, oval amethyst cabachon with a carved intaglio. The carving is basic, with the subject of a young woman with feathers in her hair. The stone set in a thin gold wire with a hook so the piece can be wore as a pendant. The amethyst measures 17 mm by 23 mm, with the drop of the whole pendant being 24 mm.
