A beautiful sapphire heart pendant - custom made with quality to spare. The 14 kt gold heart is prong set with 18 2-mm sapphires for a total weight of approximately 2 carats. The gold work is fabulous. The pendant bail has a hook clasp and even the accompanying chain has a very special double like design. The heart pendant measures approximately 3/4 inches wide by 1 and 1/8 inches long (from top of bail). The chain is approximately 18 inches long.
