Prices -
We have recently decided not to post prices on our website. We do, however, encourage you to contact us with the Item Number of the piece that interests you and to even make offers for the piece. Your offers will be carefully considered and your interest is always appreciated.
For those of you that shop our current auctions, please know that auction
reserve prices are always discounted values from those shown on the site. We typically do not reveal reserve prices
until the auction has been completed. Please also note, that posted prices are subject to change.
Payment Options -
We currently accept personal check, money order, and most major credit cards. With a personal
check, items are held for a few days after the check is received to allow it to clear. With a money order, the items are shipped
immediately upon receipt of your payment. With credit card purchases, items are shipped immediately
upon receipt of payment confirmation, however, additional fees may apply. Currently we are accepting VISA and
Master Card through Pay Pal and there is a 1.0% service charge (their fee is 2% and we split this charge with you).
We can also accept American Express and Discover through Amazon.com with an additional service charge of 1.25%
(their fee is 2.5%, and again we split this with you - this payment option is not available for Ebay auctions). We
also do layway on items on a case by case basis, though items must be paid for in full prior to being sent out.
Shipping -
We ship most items priority mail with insurance for the purchase amount. Actual
shipping charges are assumed by the buyer unless otherwise specified. We do delivery confirmation
to ensure that items are received. Express mail is available if necessary for birthdays or
special events. Just make sure we know when you need your item and we will do everything we can
to ensure that you get it on time.
Returns and Refunds -
We do guarantee our jewelry to be as described, and we do try to fully represent our pieces
through accurate descriptions and photos. We will accept returns of items if you are not satisfied; however,
we ask that returns be completed within 10 days of receiving the item. We also ask that you contact us immediately with
any problems and let us know that the item is being return. Refunds are for the full purchase
amount less any shipping charges. We do ask that you return the item in its original packaging if possible and
that you include insurance on the item with the return shipping. While we do allow for returns, we
hope that you will try to resolve any questions about a piece prior to purchase. Please never hesitate to
ask for additional details or additional photo images that show other angles or sides of a piece.
We try to be complete - but certainly do not mind providing you any additional information you might
need to be comfortable with your online purchase.
