A Man with a Wreath on His Head and a Dove at His Side

Is it Noah with the Dove who found the Olive Branch, or simply a man of peace? This handsome bearded man has a wreath on his head and a bird (a dove or an eagle) beneath him. Carved from stone, this is a beautiful cameo set in a simple rope design gold mounting. The brooch is stamped 14k.
