Pearl and Diamond Ballerina Ring
Size 9 and 1/2

This is a lovely ring featuring a 4.5 mm pearl center set, surrounded by ten flashy 2-mm diamonds (measurements are approximate). The style of the ring is called a ballerina ring, as the pearl is like the ballerina with a tutu of diamonds. The ring is done in 14kt gold, marked "585" on the interior of the shank. Beautiful metal work of swirled leaves and flowers accents the ring setting on either side of the shank. The flowing design in the gold is art nouveau style, which may help to date this ring to the early 1900s. A lovely and unique ring, size 9 and 1/2.
